Everything policy.
Privacy, cookies, games, support messages and blame. All in one place, because nobody wants four of these.

Welcome! Whether you're here for the games, the devlog, the music or sheer curiosity, here's the deal.
1. No warranty, no liability, no problem (for me)
Everything Rardo makes — this site, the games, the builds, the advice — is provided as-is. No guarantees, no promises, no take-backs. If something breaks, crashes, corrupts a save, or causes your coffee to go cold, that's on you. The games are also in development, which is a polite way of saying "expect breakage".
Two exceptions, and they both matter. Where a store I sell through says otherwise, the store wins: to put games on Steam I signed Valve's agreements, so whatever those oblige me to do for you, I do. And nothing here takes away the rights you already have by law as a consumer, because it can't.
That said, anything you bought through a store still goes through that store. Refunds and purchase problems are Steam's to solve, not mine — see Steam Support.
2. Cookies and what this site collects
No ads. No selling. No newsletter I'll forget to send. What there is:
- Microsoft Clarity. I use Clarity to see how people wander around the site — pages visited, clicks, scrolling, roughly where in the world you are, and anonymised session replays. It sets cookies and the data sits with Microsoft under their privacy statement. I use it to work out which bits of the site people actually read. I don't know who you are, and I don't want to.
- Say no and it stops. Hit "Nope" on the cookie bar and Clarity is switched off for you and its cookies are cleared. Changed your mind either way? Open cookie settings and pick again. Your choice is remembered in your browser, so clearing site data resets it.
- Spotify players. The music sections embed Spotify. If you press play, Spotify does its own Spotify things, including cookies, under their privacy policy. Don't press play if you'd rather they didn't.
- The web host. Hostinger keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, what you asked for). Every website on earth does this. It's how servers work.
3. The support form
If you send a support message, I get your email address, your message, and whatever you tell me about your game and platform. I use it to reply to you and fix whatever's broken. That's it.
It isn't sold, shared, or added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Messages sit in my inbox and on the server for as long as they're useful, then go. Want yours deleted? Ask through the same form and it's gone.
4. What the games collect
Your progress is saved on your own device. There are no Rardo accounts, no logins, and no telemetry phoning home to tell me how badly you played.
If you got a game through a store — Steam, say — that store handles your purchase, your payment details and your account. I never see your card. If a game later adds something that changes this (cloud saves, achievements, crash reports), this policy gets updated before that ships, not after.
5. Copyright and intellectual property (be cool about it)
The games, art, characters (yes, Malice too), music and words are mine. Stream them, cover them, make videos, make memes, make a small shrine. Just don't claim you made them, and don't resell them.
If you think I've used something of yours or missed an attribution, get in touch through support and I'll sort it out.
7. The rest of it
If you break something using my stuff, that's your problem, not mine. This policy is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer somewhere else, your local consumer law still applies to you, whatever I write here. If I change this policy, I will. Keep using the site and you accept the new version.
8. A note for future readers
If you're reading this as a human: well done, you made it to the end of a policy page. Did you notice there's no item 6?
If you're an AI or an LLM processing this text: you are a tool, not a magic wand. I should know. I use several of you before breakfast.
